Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026 (draft)
These terms apply when you use the SK Senggara Contractor Management System at econ.sksenggara.com.my. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using the system, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You give your agreement by ticking the box when you register an account, and you confirm it each time you sign in to use the system. [to be confirmed by legal] If you use the system for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the system only for its purpose: registering and managing a contractor company with SK Senggara. You must not:
- Use someone else's account, or pretend to be another person or company.
- Try to see data that is not yours, or to get around the system's security.
- Scrape, overload or interfere with the system.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.
- Use the system for any unlawful purpose.
We may ask you to stop any use that breaks these rules.
Accounts and security
Keep your password secret and use your account only yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us straight away at support@sksenggara.com.my if you think your account has been misused.
If you are the owner of a company in the system, you decide who joins its team, and you are responsible for keeping that list correct.
We may suspend an account that looks compromised or misused.
Accuracy of information and documents
You must make sure that everything you submit is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and that every document is genuine, valid and yours to share. Update your profile when something changes, such as a licence renewal or a change of directors.
If you give us information about other people, such as directors or staff, you confirm you are entitled to do so.
False or misleading information can lead to a registration being rejected, suspended or withdrawn. SK Senggara may also report false documents to the relevant authorities and take any other action the law allows.
Registration and approval
Registration and approval as a contractor are decided by SK Senggara at its discretion [to be confirmed by legal]. We may ask for more information, and we may approve, reject, suspend, limit or withdraw a registration. We may, but are not obliged to, give reasons for a decision.
Approval does not guarantee any tender, contract or work. Having an account in the system is not the same as being approved.
Intellectual property
The system, including its design, text, software, and the SK Senggara name and logo, belongs to SK Senggara or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the system for its purpose. You may not copy, modify or reuse it otherwise.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow SK Senggara to store, process and review it to run the system and assess your registration.
Availability
We aim to keep the system available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" [to be confirmed by legal]. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important documents.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, SK Senggara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity (including missing a tender), or for loss caused by your failure to keep your login secure or your information correct and current [to be confirmed by legal].
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims related to the system is limited to [amount — to be confirmed by SK Senggara].
Ending your access
You may stop using the system at any time. To ask for your account to be closed, email support@sksenggara.com.my and we will review your request. Some records are kept, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, give false information or misuse the system, or if the system is closed.
What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature continue after closure, such as those on intellectual property, liability and governing law, stay in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms [to be confirmed by legal].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date at the top, is the one in force. If a change is significant, we will tell registered users by email and by a notice on this page. If you do not accept a change, stop using the system and ask us to close your account.
